Casa Nina is the house where Salvatore was born. Originally only one room for keeping animals it was given by his grandfather to his mother. Now it is a part of our village hotel. We have restored it in rustic sicilian style using handpainted ceramic tiles, terracotta floors, stone arches and with much attention to detail.
It is a typical sicilian village house in a very narrow street (no cars). The rooms are located on 3 floors. Downstairs you find the spacious entry area awith an extra sofa-bed and a small toilet.
On the first floor there is a comfortable main bedroom with a double bed, one single spare bed and a small balcony. There is a ceiling fan for cooling in the summer.
On the second floor you will find the bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Also on the second floor there is the equipped live-in kitchen. The dining table and a small sofa comfortably seat a family of 4-5. The kitchen and the bathroom open on to a balcony and overlook the "ARTspace" just across the street.
On the top floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, large windows opening on to the roof terrace (with outdoor shower) and a glimpse of Mount Etna.
The house is comfortably equipped for 4-5 people (+1), no TV and no Aircondition. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee machine. (Coffee pads available in the reception). Bedlinnen, towels and beach towels included. Change of beds and towels weekly. Intermediate cleaning possible. Final cleaning € 50.-. Free parking on nearby square (50m). Internet and WiFi available in the main house.
